The ideal design of a hybrid concept
Over the past two years we have realized, more than ever, that Office work can be carried out from a thousand and one different places : in the office, from home or from a coworking space. It is enough to have a smart device and a stable internet connection. To what extent do new customs change our work? And what does this mean for the design of office spaces?
Frederik Bellermann, interior designer and strategic marketing manager at Wilkhahn, answered these questions during the Flexible Office Network event organized at the Hafven Center in Hannover . The key question dealt with the correlation between the structure of the space and the models of hybrid work. In this sense, the concept Human Centered Workplace offers a integral and practical conception of the offices with the aim of creating an environment designed to respond to the needs of people in such a way that they are spaces in which you work well and with enthusiasm tomorrow.
The same Hafven center, located in the city of Hannover, is a good example of the future of hybrid work: in coworking spaces and in environments designed as maker spaces , technology converges with knowledge . The Institute for Labor Studies and Organizational Advice (known as iafob deutschland) is an advice center that, together with the Flexible Office Network, is committed to the creation of office spaces with comprehensive design and based on scientific evidence. The event held at the Hafven center in Hannover was organized by iafob deutschland and Flexible Office Network.
