TWO YEARS LEGAL WARRANTY

This guarantee covers, for a period of two years from the purchase, the total cost of repairs made by the CHAIR&WORK technical service that are due to a manufacturing fault or a defective component of the device.
Small furniture (accessories, drawers and decoration) must be kept in the original packaging to make use of the guarantee and the product can be picked up for inspection. Otherwise, it is the customer's responsibility to prepare a package that adequately protects the product during transport to the CHAIR&WORK Technical Service.
To make use of the guarantee, it is mandatory to present the purchase invoice, before their intervention, to the technical staff.
The following parts, failures or damages are excluded from both guarantees:

  1. Enamels, paints, nickel plating, chrome plating, oxidation or other types of parts that do not affect the internal functioning of the appliance (aesthetic parts or components).
  2. Wear parts due to use, corrosion, oxidation, whether caused by normal use or wear of the device or accelerated by unfavorable environmental or climatic circumstances, notoriously inappropriate sand and dust.
  3. Faults produced as a consequence of abnormal, negligent or inappropriate use of the device or by any type of external origin.
  4. Civil responsibilities of any nature.
  5. Damages as long as they have not been caused by an internal malfunction.
  6. Software updates.
  7. Failures that accessories and complements, adapters, external cables, bags, loose spare parts of all kinds, lamps, as well as any part considered consumable by the manufacturer may suffer.
  8. Faults caused by incorrect or illegal installation, inadequate ventilation, outdoor use, inappropriate modifications or use of non-original spare parts.
  9. Failures that accessories and complements may suffer, as well as any part considered consumable by the manufacturer.
  10. Defects or breakdowns produced as a result of arrangements, repairs, modifications, or disassembly of the installation of the appliance by a technician not authorized by the manufacturer, or as a result of a manifest breach of the manufacturer's instructions for use and maintenance.
  11. Claims for loss of utility of the appliance due to lack of spare parts from the manufacturer.
  12. During the warranty period it is essential to keep all manuals and/or discs together with the equipment. If any of these are lost, their replacement cannot be claimed.
  13. Breakdowns that originate from or are a direct or indirect consequence of: nuclear reaction or radiation or radioactive contamination; natural or meteorological phenomena of an extraordinary or catastrophic nature (floods, seismic phenomena or movements, volcanic eruptions, hurricanes, storms), events derived from terrorism, riot, riot or popular tumult, demonstrations and legal or illegal strikes; facts of actions of the Armed Forces or the State Security Corps in times of peace; armed conflicts and acts of war (declared or not); vice or defect of the goods; facts described by the Government of the Nation as a “national catastrophe or calamity”.
  14. Any type of breakdown, damage or civil liability, caused by the existence of asbestos in the insured property.
  15. Any loss, damage, harm, liability, fines, penalties, costs or expenses directly or indirectly caused by, or resulting from, but not limited to, acts of hackers, computer viruses, Trojans, malware, botnets, phishing, hijacking computer. This exclusion extends to damage or alteration, loss of use or reduction of functionality of computer systems and/or data and the information contained therein, corruption, destruction, unavailability, deletion, copying or unauthorized disclosure of said information, and in general any type of privacy violation. Likewise excluded are the damages indicated in the two previous paragraphs, due to errors, omissions or malicious acts, including cyberterrorism.
  16. Specific conditions for LED and LCD SCREENS: The panels of our televisions are Class I and the dead pixel policy is governed by the regulations of the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs of Spain. Excluded from the guarantee are those devices whose use exceeds 10,000 hours during the four years of guarantee. The dead or damaged pixel policy applies during the legal warranty period (two years).
