Shipments are made to any town on the Peninsula. In all our shipments, the transport company will previously contact the client.
The delivery times that appear on the product page are indicative and in no case will they be definitive or binding.
DELIVERY ON THE STREET
Valid for chairs and tables the products presented on this website.
The delivery time in the Peninsula is the one set in the selected product file. All orders placed after 10 in the morning will leave our warehouses the next day. The delivery period will begin the next working day after the product leaves our warehouses (taking into account Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays as NON-working days)*.
*Delivery times may vary during peak demand. In towns that are more than 30 km from the provincial capital, the term may increase by 2-3 business days.
Street Delivery is FREE within the Peninsula.
Our Streetside Delivery does not include delivery to the address of the furniture in any case . The product will be delivered in front of the portal or entrance door of your home (if it is on the ground floor and whenever access is possible for transport). Take this detail into account, especially when the ordered product is very heavy, to avoid incidents in deliveries and so that its reception is as satisfactory as possible.
Our Street Delivery DOES NOT INCLUDE:
- Installation or assembly.
- The unpacking and inspection of the purchased product at the delivery address.
- Elimination of protective packaging and transport supports.
- The withdrawal of the used article and subsequent delivery to an authorized clean point.
The specific delivery date and time will be provided by the carrier, taking into account the customer's preferences as far as possible. If it is not viable for the client, it will be the client who must adapt to arrange a new delivery date. Streetside Delivery is considered as a standard parcel delivery, which is why the carrier will contact you 30 minutes in advance, and it is not possible to make the delivery in advance.
At the time of receiving your order, verify that it matches the desired product and that the packaging is not damaged. In case it is damaged, sign the carrier's delivery note as "non-compliant" and reflect the anomalies you found upon receipt*.
*It is necessary that you reflect the damage on the delivery note and that you contact CHAIR&WORK within the first 24 hours to be able to claim the transport incident, otherwise, you will not be able to claim damages caused during it.
It will be the customer's responsibility to demand the complete packaging from the carrier, in the event that it was not delivered with the product.
If the client is not at home on the day and in the time slot agreed with the transport company, he will have to bear the shipping costs of the return to our warehouse and the second delivery attempt.
